Willie H. Burks, CLU - Chief Executive Officer

Willie Burks has over 28 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry.  He has in-depth background in sales, marketing, and field sales management and agency management.  He has extensive knowledge of employee benefits, pension plans, and annuities. Willie is a graduate of the American College and earned his Bachelor's Degree from Morehouse College.

Ronald D. McAdams - Vice President

Ron McAdams began his insurance career as a recipient of an academic scholarship awarded by The Hartford Insurance Company Group.  During his tenure with The Hartford, he progressed from Underwriting Management and Vice President positions in The Hartford's regional offices located in Detroit, Michigan, Houston, Texas, and Dover New Jersey.  Prior to joining Resurgens Risk Management, Inc., Ronald served as a regional manager for a national insurance company.  He has over 20 years of insurance experience and is a graduate of Clark Atlanta University, where he earned a BA Degree in Risk Management and Financial Services.  Ron has been with the firm since 2003.

Rory Callahan - Vice President

Prior to joining Resurgens Risk Management, Inc., Rory Q. Callahan spent over 25 years in the insurance industry in positions ranging from Account Executive to National Sales Director with Fortune 100 companies including AETNA, CIGNA, and United HealthCare Corporation. Mr. Callahan has special experience in working with large employer groups and municipalities and is uniquely qualified in the municipal and quasi-public arena, as he has worked with a number of clients in that arena for over 20 years from the local city government level to the state governmental area. He received his bachelor degree from Connecticut College. Rory has been with Resurgens since 2004.
