Willie H. Burks, CLU - Chief Executive Officer

Willie Burks has over 28 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry.  He has in-depth background in sales, marketing, and field sales management and agency management.  He has extensive knowledge of employee benefits, pension plans, and annuities. Willie is a graduate of the American College and earned his Bachelor's Degree from Morehouse College.

Ronald D. McAdams - President and Chief Operating Officer

Ron McAdams is the newly appointed President and Chief Operating Officer at Resurgens Risk Management Inc. Ron began his insurance career in Casualty Underwriting with The Hartford Insurance Company. Various promotions within the Hartford lead him to management positions in the Detroit, Mi, Houston, TX and Parsippany, NJ regional offices. In 1985, Ron joined the Chubb Insurance Group as Account Manager, with responsibility for developing and underwriting national accounts in excess of $1 million premiums. He also served as Underwriting Officer, and was promoted to Commercial Unit Manager in the Home Offices of Chubb. In 1990, Ron relocated to Atlanta, Georgia where he joined the Kemper National Insurance Company, and served as Commercial Casualty Underwriting Manager for the Southeast Division. He became Branch Manager for the Business Insurance Group, and was later promoted to Regional Manager of Operations for the Atlanta, Charlotte, Birmingham & Nashville branch offices. Ron joined the team of Resurgens Risk Management Inc. in 2003, as Vice President of the Property and Casualty Division. Ron is a graduate of Clark Atlanta University where he earned a BA degree in Risk and Financial Services.

Rory Callahan - Vice President

Prior to joining Resurgens Risk Management, Inc., Rory Q. Callahan spent over 25 years in the insurance industry in positions ranging from Account Executive to National Sales Director with Fortune 100 companies including AETNA, CIGNA, and United HealthCare Corporation. Mr. Callahan has special experience in working with large employer groups and municipalities and is uniquely qualified in the municipal and quasi-public arena, as he has worked with a number of clients in that arena for over 20 years from the local city government level to the state governmental area. He received his bachelor degree from Connecticut College. Rory has been with Resurgens since 2004.
